GINTEX
At 360 gsm, this double-layer fabric is made from modacrylic, aramid, nylon, FR viscose and anti-static fibers. It is tested to ASTM F1959 (ATPV 32 cal/cm²) and ISO 61482-1-2 (APC 2), and also meets NFPA 2112, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612 and EN 1149-3.
Arc protection: ATPV 32 cal/cm² (ASTM F1959), which meets the minimum arc rating for NFPA 70E PPE Category 3, and APC 2 (ISO 61482-1-2).
Flash fire: NFPA 2112 PASS.
Heat protection: EN ISO 11612 A1 A2 B1 C1 E2 F1, including E2 molten iron splash.
Inherent FR fibers: modacrylic and aramid, blended with nylon, FR viscose and anti-static fibers.
Double-layer construction: 360 gsm.
Strength: tensile 920 N warp / 780 N weft, tear 43 N warp / 40 N weft.
Abrasion resistance: over 10,000 cycles at 12 kPa.
Dimensional stability: 0% warp / -1% weft after 5 × 60°C washes.
Pilling resistance: grade 4 after 2000 cycles.
Anti-static: EN 1149-3 PASS.
