Overview
At 180 gsm, this twill fabric is made from modacrylic, cotton and anti-static fibers, with a soft and shining finish. It is tested to EN IEC 61482-2 (APC 1), and also meets EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612 and EN 1149-5.
Why It Works

Arc protection: APC 1 (EN IEC 61482-2).

Inherent FR from modacrylic fibers, blended with cotton and anti-static fibers (EN 1149-5 PASS).

Lightweight twill: 180 gsm.

Soft and shining finish.

Strength: tensile 730 N warp / 430 N weft, tear 18 N warp / 20 N weft.

Abrasion resistance: over 7,000 cycles at 12 kPa.

Dimensional stability: -3% warp / 0% weft after 5 × 60°C washes.

Pilling resistance: grade 4 after 2000 cycles.

Colour fastness: washing 4-5, rubbing dry 4-5 / wet 4, light 4, perspiration 4-5.
