Overview

At 280 gsm, this acid-proof twill blends modacrylic, cotton, anti-static fibers and spandex. It is tested to six standards covering flame, heat, arc, anti-static, high-visibility and liquid chemical splash performance, with spandex stretch for freedom of movement.

Spandex stretch: designed for freedom of movement when kneeling, climbing and reaching.

Acid-proof finish + EN 13034 PASS: limited liquid chemical splash protection for petrochemical and industrial sites.

Modacrylic / cotton blend: inherent FR fibers with cotton for comfort.

Mechanical strength: tensile strength 951 N warp / 703 N weft.

Dimensional stability: -2.8% warp / -3% weft after 5 × 60°C washes.

Pilling resistance: grade 4-5 after 5,000 cycles.

Skin-friendly pH: 6.1.
