Overview
At 300 gsm, this FR-treated satin fabric is made from cotton, nylon and anti-static fibers. It is tested to ASTM F1959 (ATPV 13 cal/cm²), ISO 61482-1-2 (APC 1), NFPA 2112 and ASTM F1930 (UL Listed), and also meets EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612 and EN 1149-3.
Why It Works
Arc protection: ATPV 13 cal/cm² (ASTM F1959) and APC 1 (ISO 61482-1-2).
Flash fire: NFPA 2112 PASS, with an ASTM F1930 manikin test result of 10.11% (UL Listed).
FR treatment finish on a cotton/nylon satin structure, with anti-static fibers (EN 1149-3 PASS).
Strength: tensile 1047 N warp / 523 N weft, tear 39 N warp / 27 N weft.
Abrasion resistance: over 10,000 cycles at 12 kPa.
Dimensional stability: -2.2% warp / -2.1% weft after 5 × 60°C washes.
Pilling resistance: grade 4 after 2000 cycles.
